Suppliers, distributors and hospitals coordinated medical oxygen by phone, email and spreadsheets, with no way to trace each delivery.
The challenge
Medical oxygen moves between suppliers, distributors and hospitals. Calls, email and spreadsheets left each handoff difficult to trace, in a setting where a missed delivery matters.
What we built
We built one workflow for the three parties, with each movement recorded from start to finish. The system reflects the actual procurement process rather than forcing it into a generic inventory tool.
What changed
The platform tracks each delivery as part of the workflow. Staff can follow what happened without reconstructing the story from separate conversations.
“Medical logistics doesn't forgive errors. We needed a system where every integration between suppliers, distributors, and hospitals was traceable and reliable. Grupo Hermoza built exactly that — and when changes came up mid-project, they incorporated them without compromising the overall architecture.”
