02 // Commitments

How we de-risk your project.

Every custom software project is a bet of capital and time. We operate under four commitments designed to make that bet as low-risk as possible — and to make sure the result belongs to you, not to us.

article

Discovery with written deliverable

Not a discovery call. A phase with a deliverable: proposed architecture, stack, milestones, identified risks, and defined budget. If you decide not to proceed afterward, you keep the document. No continuation commitment.

calendar_month

Biweekly milestones with demo and tied invoicing

Every two weeks there's a working demo and an associated invoice. If a milestone falls short, we fix it before billing. No schedule surprises. No invoices for work you haven't seen.

lock_open

Code and ownership 100% yours

At project close you receive the full repository, technical documentation, infrastructure access, and a knowledge handoff. No IP retention. No lock-in. If you want to take the code to another team, you can do so on day one.

support_agent

30 days of post-launch support included

The first month in production is when real bugs surface. You get 30 days of included support at no extra cost to resolve what QA couldn't anticipate. After that, we can move to a maintenance contract — or not. Your call.

The Difference

The three options
you're considering.

Large Agencies & Consultancies

“Layers of project managers, account executives, and middleware departments stand between your brief and the engineer building your system. By the time it reaches the person executing it, your requirements have been translated and diluted. Cost: high. Speed: slow. Accountability: diffuse.”

At Grupo Hermoza, you communicate directly with the technical team from day one. No intermediary layers. No requirement dilution. Your operation informs the architecture; the architecture ships as specified. Precision without corporate overhead.

Direct technical team access from day one

Freelancers & Solo Contractors

“A skilled freelancer brings expertise — but no process, no team redundancy, and no institutional accountability. One emergency, one better offer, and your project stalls. Codebases assembled by solo contractors are frequently undocumented, tightly coupled, and unmaintainable the moment they walk away.”

Grupo Hermoza operates a four-stage process: Discovery, Design, Development, and Launch & Handoff. Every project has structured milestones, written documentation, and a defined handoff package. When we deploy, you own the codebase, the documentation, and the knowledge to run it. No lock-in.

Off-the-Shelf Software (SaaS)

“Generic platforms solve generic problems. When your business runs on specific workflows — multi-party B2B logistics, adaptive medical education, complex procurement chains — off-the-shelf forces you to adapt your operations to the software's constraints. You end up managing workarounds instead of running your business.”

Custom software means your operation dictates the architecture, not the other way around. OXICARE DadeMedical required a traceable procurement flow connecting suppliers, distributors, and hospitals in real time. DoctorMBS needed a scalable multi-tenant adaptive learning engine. Neither existed off-the-shelf. Both are live today.

02.5 // Process

How we
work.

01 search

Discovery

We listen before we build. Mapping objectives, constraints, and business context — no shortcuts, no assumptions.

02 schema

Architecture

Surgical-precision system design. The right decision before the first line of code.

03 code

Build

Iterative engineering with staged deliveries. Every component held to the highest standard.

04 rocket_launch

Launch

Controlled deployment, exhaustive QA, and clean handoff. The platform, yours.
